There are many strong and powerful forms to be found in nature, which I try to capture with a sense of timelessness and beauty in all my designs. I try to recognise and emulate the beauty of natural forms and their textures and colours created by the process of natural weathering. The power created in a piece can be expressed by simple design without the need to over-decorate, in the same way that nature deals with its own palate.
